Brief Bio
Education
I enjoy bridging the gap between life sciences and computational approaches. Currently exploring how AI and data analysis can contribute to research in biology and healthcare, I’m also aspiring to pursue medical studies to combine my scientific background with clinical practice.
MSc in Bioinformatics – Computer Science for Biology and Health
2024 – 2025 | University of Rennes 1, Rennes | Graduated with Honours
Through the CoCoBi minor (Complementary Skills in Bioinformatics), I gained direct admission to this intensive M2 program. I developed expertise in the analysis, interpretation, and visualization of massive omics data, with applications spanning diagnostics, biomedical research, and fundamental biology. I also strengthened my skills in statistics and machine learning, and learned rigorous coding practices following the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
MSc in Plant Biology – Plant Health
2022 – 2024 | Faculty of Sciences, Angers | Graduated with Honours
This program provided me with a solid foundation in plant immunity and phytopathology. I explored the diversity of mutualistic and parasitic interactions, as well as the molecular biology underlying plant resistance and susceptibility. I also studied microbiota and microbial ecology, genetics and genomics, while developing strong scientific communication skills.
BSc in Biology – Plant Biology
2019 – 2022 | Faculty of Sciences, Angers | Graduated with Honours
During my undergraduate studies, I built a strong background in cell and molecular biology, microbiology, and mycology. In my third year, I specialized in Plant Biology, studying plant physiology and responses to biotic and abiotic stress.
Experience
Research Intern – Bioinformatics & Microbial Ecology
February – July 2025 | EcoBio Lab, University of Rennes 1, Rennes
